You can now advertise your business with the Palmetto Shopper Banner Exchange Program.  We utilize OpenAds, a banner management and tracking system written in PHP and MySQL. Currently it can manage multiple banners (any size) per advertiser, show daily, overall and summary statistics and send statistics to you via email.
